Merit-Based Scholarships

Each year, Taupo University awards full-tuition scholarships to the top students of every cohort, based on entrance examination results and first-year academic performance.

Who can apply

• Students admitted to any undergraduate program at Taupo University.
• Students who place in the top 5% of their cohort after the first academic year.
• Students in need of financial support, verified by the scholarship committee.

How it works

• The scholarship covers 100% of tuition fees for the following academic year.
• Scholarships are renewed annually, subject to maintaining a strong academic record.
• Applications are reviewed by the university scholarship committee twice a year.
